The majority of our meals are single-serving to allow the maximum flexibility. If you need two servings, we recommend simply ordering two meals. A few of our meals are marked as 2 servings although they are portionnable, meaning that you can prepare just one serving at a time.

How do I prepare the Artiko meals?:
Most of our meals can be prepared in either the oven or the microwave. Complete preparation instructions are available for all of our products on our website: simply click on the image of the product you are interested in then select the tab "cooking instructions."
Can all the items be prepared in the oven?:
All of our meals can be prepared in the microwave with the exception of: Chicken Pot Pie, Beef Shepherd's Pie, Lentil Shepherd's Pie, Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Cordon Bleu and Chicken Florentine. These latter items should be prepared in the oven. How long do the meals take to prepare?:
Almost all of our products take 10 minutes or less in the microwave. Oven preparation takes approximately 25-45 minutes, depending on the meal. How do I prepare the Artiko appetizers?:

Do all the products have preparation instructions?:
Yes, preparation instructions are clearly marked on the packaging of every item.
How long are the products good for?:
Quality on all of our products will remain for at least 6 months from the date of purch
ase although we recommend the products be consumed as soon as possible for the highest possible quality.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?:
Gift certificates can be redeemed over the phone or online: simply give your gift certificate code to the customer service representative or enter in the field marked "gift certificates" on the check out page.

Is Artiko's food safe for people with allergies to particular foods?:
Our kitchens prepare all products with the utmost care to avoid cross-contamination between different recipes. However, because of the variety of items prepared, it is virtually impossible to guarantee that traces of certain ingredients such as nuts, dairy and seafood will not be present in other products.
Do your products contain MSG?:
No, none of our products contain MSG. We prepare all items from scratch using only fresh ingredients. We believe in creating healthy nutritious meals and do not add preservatives to any of our products.
Are your products organic?:
All of our products are prepared from scratch with fresh ingredients. We do not add preservatives to an of our meals and use all natural products whenever we can. For instance, all of our ground beef products feature only all natural, grass fed beef and salmon is wild caught.
- SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
How are Artiko's products shipped?:

Where does Artiko ship to?:
Artiko ships all over the continental U.S. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii but this option is priced on a case-by-case basis and is not available online. At this time, we do not ship to Canada.
Do I need to be home to receive Artiko's package?:
No. Our carriers are instructed to leave the package at the door unless you specifically indicate to us that it is not safe or unless you live in an apartment building (carriers will not leave packages unattended in apartment buildings).
