Herbed Pork Chops


Ingredients

At Your Local Supermarket:
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh marjoram
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions
  1. Mix together all herbs except rosemary. Blend with mustard and lemon to make marinade.
  2. Marinade pork chops 4 hours in refrigerator.
  3. Broil chops until done and brown on both sides. Sprinkle with rosemary and serve.

Preparation: To broil, place 3/4- inch thick meat two to three inches from heat; three to five inches for thicker cuts. Cook until brown on one side, turn and brown second side until meat reaches desired level of doneness. Not recommended to be eaten rare.
