Dry-aged All Natural Beef
As a result of optimal cattle selection, natural feeding practices, humane treatment of animals and superior dry-aging process, our beef is consistenly the highest in tenderness, texture and flavor.
Domestic Cattle Selection :
Our premium beef is unparalleled in taste, tenderness and consistency because the process of raising livestock is controlled from the very beginning. Born and raised in the United States, our calves are hand picked and only the elite are selected to be in the natural beef program. Furthermore, through our natural feeding practice, our livestock is ready to harvest at just over 16 months of age.
Natural Feeding Practices:
Our animals are left to grow and graze naturally, the way Mother Nature intended. No hormones or antibiotics of any type are used - ever. Instead, the animals are fed a vegetarian corn-based diet for over 300 days. The feed consists of steam flaked Midwest corn, Imperial Valley alfalfa, Sudan grass, bakery meal, molasses, vitamins and minerals. This natural feeding process takes an additional 45 days for the animals to reach market, and although it is more expensive, it produces a higher quality beef that you can depend on.
Humane Treatment of Animals:
Animal handling and food safety are paramount which is why our natural beef production wins the seal of approval from the Silliker Laboratories Audit, confirming that the highest standards are being maintained throughout.
Beef Dry-Aged to Perfection:
Each of our gourmet beef cuts is dry-aged to the peak of tenderness and flavor for 60 days (compare to 28 days at most butcher shops and steak houses) producing steaks that meltingly tender and juicy. Recent Warner-Bratzler Shear tests confirm what we’ve known for years – our naturally raised cattle produce a more consistently tender dry-aged beef.
Carefully Hand-trimmed & Packaged
Each of gourmet beef cut is hand-cut resulting in perfectly lean marbled steaks then vacuum-packed in a sealed airtight package to seal in flavor.

All Natural Kurobuta Pork
Our pork rib chops come from 100% purebred Berkshire, ensuring a consistently exquisite eating experience. Kurobuta pork is celebrated in Japan for many reasons, especially its marbling; an attribute which the Japanese prize because of their long standing appreciation of Kobe beef. Utilizing all-natural production methods, our American kurobuta pork is raised with great care in the Midwest. Our American kurobuta pork rib chops are lean, with small, fine streaks of marbling that make each cut sweet, tender and juicy. Unlike traditional white pork that tends to be bland and dry, american kurobuta pork is darker in color and richly flavorful. Comparing the weight of loins before and after cooking, American kurobuta pork has significantly less weight loss - up to 50% less - than some other varieties.
